Junior Recruitment & Placement Officer (RPO) | Hoofddorp | #fulltime | #recruitmentCAE Center Amsterdam is looking for a temporary (fulltime):   Junior Recruitment & Placement Officer (RPO) Department: Pilot Provisioning Reporting to: Customer Service Manager Job responsibilities The Pilot Provisioning department is responsible for executing dedicated Pilot Provisioning programs with customer airlines. The Jr. Recruitment and Placement Officer (RPO)will recruit, select and place pilots (or other aviation related staff, if applicable) based upon specific requirements of customer airlines. The Jr. RPO reports to the Customer Services Manager, however in daily operations is supervised by the Senior RPO. Essential duties Review applications for airline programs by conducting screenings based on airline requirements, using resources in place (pilot database and CAE Global Academies), in order to create a shortlist of suitable pilots for the dedicated airline training programs; Maintain database of applicants for Pilot Provisioning programs; Conduct (telephone) interviews with potential pilot candidates (in English) that have been shortlisted, and judge them on their suitability for the specific Pilot Provisioning programs; Flawless administrative handling during selection and placement process (CV’s, Training Documentation, Contracts etc.) Provides administrative support to other Pilot Provisioning colleagues regarding printing and filing.  We are looking for a proactive and accurate administrative talent who can cope with daily deadlines and is able to work in a team as well as to work independently. You have excellent communication skills, are customer-focused and have full awareness of the multi-cultural environment. Customers come from all over the world and may require a specific approach. The ideal candidate we are looking for also has the following required skills: Required skills Systematic and highly accurate working approach, attention to detail is critical for this role; Excellent administrative skills; Good computer skills (MS Office: Word and Excel, and able to learn to work with other internal computer systems); Adaptable to change with a pro-active “can do” attitude; Fluent in English, spoken and written.
