We have recently started building our new HR organization for EMEA which currently consists of the HR Director EMEA, 1 HR Manager, 2 HR Business Partners and 2 HR Assistants. The open position of HR Business Partner will focus on providing HR Advise and support towards all functions in the EMEA HQ which is based in Hoofddorp. In addition to this you will be the main HR contact for our Distribution Center in Rotterdam and therefore you will now and then work from this location as well. You will be working closely with management and employees on topics as recruitment, onboarding and off boarding and other HR initiatives. Furthermore the HR Business Partner will be responsible for the monthly payroll input, updating the HRIS system and various HR policies. Essential duties and responsibilities: Consults with line management and provides HR guidance when appropriate. Manages and resolves employee relations issues.  Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., sick leave, disciplinary actions, and company policies).  Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.  Works closely with and provides monthly input to the payroll team.  Processes updates in the HRIS system (Success factors) and ensures the system is accurate.  Provides support with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.  Participates in specific HR projects if assigned to. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. At least 3 years working knowledge in the field of HR preferably in an International organization.  Problem solving skills, strong follow up and detail-oriented.  Must be able to work independently.  Flexible and ability to multi-task and take on new HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to work closely with regional / global teams Consultant name: HRbaanConsultant e-mail: [email protected]
