HR Business Partner 24-28 hours per week Hoofddorp / Rotterdam

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, execution and evaluation of human resources policies, procedures and programs are realized through supporting and advising (executive) management and employees in the Netherlands. Providing hands-on support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, health, training and development, performance monitoring, HR administration and payroll services and is a subject matter expert on organisational development, performance management and compensation & benefits. The function is based in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp and Rotterdam).The Human Resources Business Partner has a track record of demonstrating competencies as service focused, results driven, team work, taking ownership, strategic thinking, engagement, coaching, integrity and empathy and has the following experience: -          Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent; -          Minimum 5  years experience in an international environment, preferably within the field of international mobility or customer service; -          Excellent command of the Dutch and English language; -          Strong communication and interpersonal skills; -          Organisational skills; ability to identify priorities and organisation sensitivity; -          Strong commitment to HR subject matters: organisational development, performance management,  compensation & benefits; -          Flexible, pro-active, team player, enthusiastic, hands-on and resilient; -          IT skills: strong Words, Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of ADP iHCM is preferred.Consultant name: HRbaanConsultant e-mail: [email protected]
