Learning & Development Officer| Delft | Samsung | HBO | Telecom| fulltime | #hr #L&D #officerIn Samsung SDS Smart Logistics Europe (located in Delft) we are currently looking for a fulltime:  Learning & Development OfficerFulltime | Delft  Purpose of the job:Perform Learning and Development activities as set in the organization’s L&D plan to enhance the performance of the employees and meet current and future HR business needs.Key activitiesWithin our HR department you are responsible for the execution of Learning and Development activities which include design, delivery, administration and evaluation of both internal and external training activities. Furthermore you coordinate our Talent Review process. Together with your HR colleagues you work actively on optimizing the cooperation with HR counterparts in European Samsung subsidiaries by informing and aligning the HR processes and policies with them. Jointly you support the SDS employees in EU/CIS in all Learning and development and performance management related processes.  Coordination and L&D contact person for: RHQ and European L&D community SDS internal programs (in alignment with HR Business Partners) HQ program coordination External training providers L&D budget owner Design of central programs Design of decentral programs at department/individual level (PDPs) Act as trainer for internal training: Performance Management Coaching New Manager training Induction trainingProfile:For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic Learning and Development professional with strong communication and training skills combined with cultural awareness and a passion to develop individuals and teams. You are flexible, goal-oriented, planned and well organized.We are looking for a colleague with: A Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources 3 – 6 years working experience in a relevant role A proficient level of both Dutch and English Experience in a logistics environment is preferred Good MS Office skills Consultant name: HRbaanConsultant e-mail: [email protected]
